It is our intention to provide beautiful products and ensure their longevity and durability. However, as our products are hand-made, very occasionally they may contain small imperfections. We also understand that sometimes people change their mind after making a purchase and may wish to return or exchange an item. The following is a brief guide on how we deal with returns, repairs, exchanges and faults.

This guide applies to items purchased via and the boutiques listed below. For purchases from a store or boutique not listed below, please contact the boutique where you made the purchase and they can assist you.

We are unable to process any return, repair or exchange without:

  • your name, address and contact details;
  • proof of purchase or order number; and
  • inspecting the item first.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of purchase, it must be in perfect condition and in undamaged original packaging.

We cannot accept responsibility for, or exchange or return, any item that has been repaired or altered by a third party. We are also unable to exchange or accept returns of customised items.

We use a third party collection service which can be scheduled between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Collection times cannot be guaranteed. Collection is only available in the same country as the original delivery.

Please note, we use your personal data (your name, address and contact details) to process and deal with your return, repair or exchange. We may need to share your details with our other boutiques or collection service to deal with your request. We may store details to track any recurring requests.

This section is only for products purchased online. If you purchased a product in our boutiques, please see the boutiques section below.

Where you purchase an item from you are entitled to change your mind within 14 days of delivery. You may cancel your order prior to delivery and request a refund or exchange.

You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to follow the instructions and book a courier collection. Please be assured you do not need to have the product(s) back to us within this time, this is simply the timeframe within which to book a collection online. If you have any trouble booking a collection within the 14 day timeframe, please contact us.

If you wish to cancel or change your mind, please visit the RETURNS page to return an item or EXCHANGES page to request an exchange providing your contact information, order number and the other details requested.

If you make a return or exchange because you have changed your mind, your item must not have been handled differently than if you had been trying it on in one of our boutiques to check the fit. If you return something that has been treated differently or obviously worn beyond just checking the fit, we will be allowed to withhold part of your refund to compensate for the lost value in the item.

Once we have received your return and we are satisfied it is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment card within 14 days. Where we cannot accept your return, we will contact you to discuss the alternatives.

We do not provide refunds for items purchased in our boutiques, however we may be able to offer an exchange or a credit note if you return the product within 14 days of purchase.

In order to obtain an exchange or credit note you will need to visit the store where you purchased the product with proof of purchase and the items must be unused, in perfect condition, with undamaged original packaging.

Credit notes will be issued in the purchasing currency in the equivalent value of the original purchase and will be valid for 12 months

Our boutiques cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on, please see the “REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - ONLINE” section for more details.


Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where an item has a manufacturing fault we may be able to offer you a repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.

For items purchased from please contact with your contact details, proof of purchase and images of the items so we can assist you further.

For purchases in the boutiques listed above please contact or contact the boutique where you purchased the item with your contact details and proof of purchase so they can assist you.

For purchases made in the boutiques listed above or from, we are pleased to offer a warranty on items for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If your item is covered by our warranty we will assess whether a repair or replacement is most appropriate. This policy covers manufacturing faults and imperfections but does not cover damage due to wear and tear or accidental damage.

Alterations or repairs not carried out by us will void this warranty as we cannot be responsible for any attempted repair, alteration or customisation.
