HOW TO STORE YOUR MANOLO BLAHNIK SHOES

Always store your Manolo Blahnik shoes in their care bag placed inside the shoebox and out of direct sunlight and heat. Ensure shoes with crystals and/or hardware are stored in such a way the accessories are not pulling on any outer fabrication of the shoes. Ensure the shoes are well ventilated before storage.

HOW TO MAINTAIN THE SHAPE OF YOUR SHOES

It is only natural for the shape of the shoes to change over time. Not only will your Manolo Blahnik shoes mould to the shape of your own foot but they may stretch further with extensive wear.

To maintain the shape of your shoes we recommend stuffing the shoes with un-coloured tissue paper or using a shoe tree.

HOW TO MAINTAIN THE SOLES

The soles of your Manolo Blahnik shoes are made from smooth and delicate leather and will therefore be subject to marking upon first wear. This is not a manufacturing defect. It is a natural process and part of the normal wear of the shoes.

With extensive wear the heel tips of your Manolo Blahnik shoes may naturally deteriorate. It is recommended to change the heel tips once they start to wear down, before the inner heel begins to show. This is important as having an unstable heel can lead to balancing issues and effect the shape of the entire shoe.

You can change your heel tips at a reputable cobbler.

HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR CRYSTAL ACCESSORIES

Manolo Blahnik products are constructed by hand, including the placement of our exquisite crystal buckles. It is important to ensure the crystals and the surrounding hardware are kept out of contact of the upper fabrication as this may cause the material to snag, scratch or tear.

Ensure the shoes are stored in their care bags in such a way that the crystals do not come into contact with any part of the fabric.

Avoid contact with water, alcohol, oils and solvents. If the hardware happens to be in contact with water, pat dry with a cloth immediately.

TIPS FOR CALF & NAPPA LEATHER
