Delivery

All full-priced orders are processed within 1-2 working days of placing the order (3-5 days for sale orders) and shipped by DHL and FedEx. On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.

Please note that whilst we make every attempt to process and ship your order in a timely manner there are some factors that lay outside of our control such as delays in transit, customs or poor weather.

  • We ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. The following countries are not shipped on a DDP basis and therefore require payment of duties and taxes at the checkout or upon delivery: Albania, Armenia, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Egypt, Georgia, Guam, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Morocco, Serbia, Uzbekistan and Virgin Islands (U.S). Please note, if you are located within the United States, local sales tax will be added at checkout (where applicable).

  • All orders are sourced from locations in the UK and US.

  • Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

  • For deliveries to The Middle East, we use Aramex to fulfil logistics of online orders.
